At Fruitthrill Enterprises, we are committed to providing high-quality fruit and vegetable powders. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Packaging: Products must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as food products that have been opened.
  • Products purchased on sale or with a discount.

Return Period

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate the return process by contacting us at returns@fruitthrill.com. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions if your return is eligible.
  3. Shipping: Pack the product securely in the original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Process

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at exchanges@fruitthrill.com with details of the defect or damage.

7. Shipping Damage Claims

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@fruitthrill.com. Provide details and photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement.
